Terms and conditions

Last updated: 3 October 2026

These terms govern the use of GM Manager at gm-manager.com and the paid subscriptions sold there. They are written for consumers in the European Union. By using GM Manager you accept them; if you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. Who we are

Provider Tech Cloud s. r. o.

Registered address Tomášikova 12573/50E, 831 04 Bratislava, Slovakia

Company ID (IČO) 56 483 970

E-mail contact@gmvoice.tech

Phone +421 948 181 060

Tech Cloud s. r. o. is a limited liability company registered in Slovakia and entered in the Slovak Commercial Register. It is a VAT payer. In these terms it is called "we", and the person using GM Manager is called "you".

2. The service

GM Manager is a web app for owners of a Speediance training machine. It lets you build custom workouts, plan them in a calendar, and follow your progress and history, and, on the paid tiers, export your data, subscribe to your calendar from another app, and reach the same data from your own tools or from an AI assistant. The Trainer tier also lets a trainer act for the athletes who have linked with them, as described in section 3.

GM Manager works on top of your own Speediance account. It reads and writes that account with the login you give it. We are an independent product and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Speediance. Speediance and Gym Monster are trademarks of their respective owners.

The web app is free and has no contract price. The paid tiers, what they contain and what they cost are described on Pricing, which is part of these terms.

3. Account and access

  • You need a Speediance account to use GM Manager. You are responsible for that account and for keeping your login to yourself.
  • API tokens are personal. Sharing a token, reselling access or running another service on top of ours is not allowed.
  • We may apply rate limits, and we may suspend or end access if the service is abused, if the load from one account threatens the service for everybody, or if the law requires it. Where we can, we tell you first.
  • Trainers and athletes. A trainer on the Trainer tier can act for up to 20 athletes. A trainer can act for an athlete only after the athlete has asked that trainer and the trainer has accepted, or after the athlete has asked us to link them. Once linked, the trainer can read and change that athlete's workouts, calendar, history and health data through the MCP connector and the REST API, using the athlete's own stored Speediance session. The athlete can end the link at any time from the Trainer page, and the trainer can remove an athlete at any time. A trainer is responsible for how they use an athlete's data and for the advice they give; GM Manager only provides the access and is not a party to the training relationship between them. If a trainer's plan ends, the links pause and the trainer can no longer act until the plan is active again.
  • A trainer may not have a trainer, and the Trainer tier does not include the AI coach: the two plans exclude each other.
  • We do not sell your data and we do not use it to advertise to you. What we store and why is in the privacy policy.
  • You can delete your account and everything we hold about it from Profile in the app at any time.

4. Ordering and the contract

You order a paid tier inside the app: log in, open Premium, choose the plan, and pay through a payment gateway, by card or, through Comgate, with your bank's payment button. The price shown at that moment is the price of the order, and it includes VAT for customers in the EU.

Who sells to you depends on where you are. In the European Economic Area we sell to you and the payment is processed by Comgate. In the other countries where the app offers a purchase, and for anyone paying with a card issued outside the European Economic Area, which Comgate does not take, the purchase is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout: Link is then the seller of record and takes the payment, under Link's terms. The app names the payment provider before you pay.

The contract is made when the payment gateway confirms the payment. The subscription is switched on immediately after that and you get a confirmation by e-mail. The contract is concluded in English and we keep a record of it.

For a purchase sold through Link, the contract of sale is made with Link, under Link's terms and the payment terms shown on its checkout page. We provide the service you bought and stay your contact for it.

API access comes with a 14-day free trial. The trial starts with your first API or MCP call and needs no card. It ends 14 days later, or earlier if you subscribe. The trial is not a contract for payment: if you do nothing when it ends, access simply stops and you owe nothing.

The Trainer tier has no free trial that you start yourself. We may grant a trial on request, and it works the same way: no card, and access simply stops when it ends.

5. Delivery and payment

GM Manager is a digital service. Nothing physical is shipped and there are no delivery costs. Delivery means that the subscription is activated on your account, which happens automatically as soon as the gateway confirms the payment, normally within seconds and at the latest within 24 hours.

  • Payment gateway: payments are processed by the Comgate payment gateway for cards issued in the European Economic Area. Comgate is operated by Comgate, a.s., a payment institution licensed and supervised by the Czech National Bank. For buyers outside the European Economic Area, or paying with a card issued outside it, the purchase is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout, where Link is the seller of record. You pay on the provider's own secure page, never on ours, and we never receive or store your full card number.
  • Payment methods: payment card (Visa, Mastercard) through either provider, or, through Comgate, a bank payment button, which is an online bank transfer confirmed in your internet banking. The Link checkout may offer further methods, and shows them on its page. Both are described below.
  • Currency: euro (EUR). For a purchase through Link the checkout may show the price in your own currency, and your bank statement then shows LINK.COM.
  • VAT: prices are in euro and include VAT for customers in the EU. Customers in Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein pay through Comgate and are not charged VAT. Customers outside the EEA, and anyone paying with a card issued outside it, buy through Link, which calculates the local tax and includes it in the price. The receipt shows the VAT breakdown, or says that no VAT was charged.
  • Renewal: a subscription paid by card renews automatically every month, or every year on the yearly plan, and the price is charged to the card the gateway saved for this on the renewal date, until you cancel. A subscription bought through Link renews through Link in the same way, and you can cancel it in the app or at link.com. For the yearly plan we e-mail you at least 7 days before it renews. A payment made with a bank button pays for one period only (a month, or a year on the yearly plan); nothing is charged afterwards and you start the next one yourself.
  • Failed renewal: if the payment does not go through, you keep access for 5 more days while we retry. If it still fails, the subscription ends and access stops. We do not collect the failed amount as a debt and there is no penalty. For a purchase through Link, Link retries the payment on its own schedule and the subscription ends if it still fails.
  • Receipts: a receipt for every payment is sent to the e-mail address on your account. For a purchase through Link, the receipt and the invoice come from Link.

How a card payment works

You choose the plan in the app and we send you to the payment page, Comgate's or Link's. There you fill in the card number, the expiry date and the CVC code, and your bank confirms the payment with 3-D Secure, usually a tap in your banking app or a code by SMS. The gateway tells us the result within seconds, the subscription switches on, and you land back in GM Manager. The amount is taken from your account straight away. Comgate documents its flow itself, in Czech: card payments.

How a bank payment button works

Instead of a card you can pick your bank at Comgate. Comgate opens your internet banking with the payment order already filled in, with the amount and the reference, and you only confirm it there. You come back to GM Manager and the subscription switches on as soon as the gateway confirms the transfer. Comgate's own description, in Czech: bank transfers.

Questions or complaints about a payment

Ask us first. We can see every payment made for your account, so we usually answer fastest: contact@gmvoice.tech, or the other ways on Contact. How a complaint is handled and when money comes back is on Refunds and complaints.

You can also turn to the operator of the payment gateway your payment went through directly. For a payment in the European Economic Area that is Comgate:

Payment gateway Comgate, a.s.

Address Gočárova třída 1754/48b, Hradec Králové, Czech Republic

E-mail podpora@comgate.cz

Phone +420 228 224 267

For a purchase sold through Link, Link is the seller and handles the payment, so you can turn to Link support. You can also manage the subscription and the payment method there. Link may refund a payment within 60 days in certain cases:

Seller Link, Stripe's checkout

Support support.link.com/topics/sold-through-link

Your orders link.com

6. Duration, renewal and cancellation

A subscription runs for one period at a time - a month, or a year on the yearly plan - and renews until it is cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the app, in Premium, with no fee and no notice period. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep full access until that day, and there is no further charge. A subscription bought through Link can be cancelled in the app in the same way, or at link.com.

A started period (month or year) is not refunded, apart from the statutory right of withdrawal in section 7. The details and the way to ask are on Refunds and complaints.

We may end a subscription ourselves with one month's notice by e-mail, or immediately in the cases in section 3. If we do, we refund the part of the period you paid for and did not get.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer buying at a distance you have 14 days from the day the contract is made to withdraw from it, without giving a reason.

Because the service starts at once, at checkout you expressly ask us to begin providing it during the withdrawal period and you acknowledge that, if you then withdraw, you pay for the access you have already had. You pay only for the days used, pro rata: the price divided by the number of days in the period it pays for (the calendar month of the payment, or 365 days on the yearly plan), times the number of days between the payment and your withdrawal. We refund the rest.

To withdraw, send an e-mail to contact@gmvoice.tech within those 14 days, from the address your account uses or naming it, and say that you withdraw from the contract. You do not have to use a form. We confirm receipt, end the subscription, and refund the amount to the same card within 14 days of receiving your message.

After the 14 days there is no withdrawal any more. What remains is ordinary cancellation under section 6, with access to the end of the paid period.

This section is our promise for purchases we sell, that is, those paid through Comgate in the European Economic Area. For a purchase sold through Link, Link is the seller and its terms apply. You can ask us for a refund, and we will pass it to Link or refund it ourselves, or you can write to Link support. Link may refund a payment on its own within 60 days in certain cases.

The 14-day free trial exists so that nobody has to pay in order to find out whether the service is any good. Trying it costs nothing and asks for no card.

8. Complaints

If something does not work, or a payment is wrong, write to contact@gmvoice.tech. What to send and what you can ask for is on Refunds and complaints. We confirm every complaint when it arrives and settle it within 30 days, the period Slovak consumer law sets.

If you are not satisfied with how we settled it, you can turn to the alternative dispute resolution body: the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia), Bajkalská 21/A, 827 99 Bratislava, Slovakia, www.soi.sk. You can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Using either is your right, not an obligation, and it does not take away your right to go to court.

9. Changes to the service and to these terms

GM Manager is developed continuously. We may add, change or remove features. We will not remove a feature that a paid tier is described by without telling subscribers by e-mail first.

We may change these terms and the prices. A change is announced by e-mail at least 30 days in advance and applies from the next renewal after that. If you do not agree with it, cancel before it takes effect; your current period is unaffected.

10. Liability

GM Manager depends on the Speediance cloud, which we neither own nor control. If it is down, slow or changes what it returns, parts of GM Manager stop working until we adapt. We do our best to keep the service available but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we run no service level agreement.

To the extent the law allows, our liability towards you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. Nothing here limits liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for personal injury, or any right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

GM Manager is not a medical service. The AI coach and every training suggestion in the app are guidance about exercise, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. You train at your own risk and you should ask a doctor if you have any reason to.

11. Personal data

We process personal data as the controller, for the purposes and on the legal bases set out in the privacy policy, which also lists what we store, how long we keep it, who processes it for us and how to exercise your rights under the GDPR.

12. Governing law

These terms and any contract made under them are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. The courts of the Slovak Republic have jurisdiction, again without prejudice to your right as a consumer to sue and be sued where the law says you may.

If a provision of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in force.

13. Effective date

These terms are effective from 7 September 2026 and replace any earlier version. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it.

Questions about anything above go to contact@gmvoice.tech or to Contact.
