How to reach us

E-mail is the fastest way to get a useful answer, because we can look at your account settings and the logs while we read. The phone is answered during Slovak working hours.

We confirm every complaint when it arrives and settle it within 30 days, which is the period Slovak consumer law gives us. Ordinary questions are usually answered sooner.

What to write about

• Support. Something in the app does not work, a workout did not save, a number looks wrong. Tell us what you did, what you expected and what you saw.
• Billing. Invoices, receipts, a card charge you do not recognise, or a question about what a plan includes. See Pricing first.
• Cancelling, refunds and complaints. The rules are on Refunds and complaints. Send the request from the e-mail address your account uses, or name it in the message.
• Privacy. Access to your data, correction, deletion, or a question about what we store. See Privacy for the full policy. You can also delete your account and all of its data from Profile in the app, without asking us.
• Bugs and feature ideas. The public tracker at github.com/AppendinoCom/feedback is the best place, because other users can add to the same report.

Please do not send us your Speediance password. We never ask for it, and nobody here needs it to help you.
