The GM Manager web app is free and stays free. Three paid tiers add things that cost us money to run: machine access to your data through the API, the AI coach, and acting for the athletes you train.

Trainer

For coaches who train other people on a Speediance machine.
- Act for up to 20 athletes who have linked with you, through Claude, ChatGPT or the REST API
- Read and change their workouts, calendar, history and health data
- A trainer profile that athletes can find, if you choose to list it

No self-service free trial for Trainer. An athlete is linked only when they ask you and you accept, or when they ask us to link them, and either side can end the link at any time. Trainer does not include the AI coach: the two plans exclude each other. If your Trainer plan ends, your athlete links pause until you subscribe again. Subscribe from Premium in the app after you log in.
What you need to know before you order
- Prices are in euro and include VAT for customers in the EU. Customers in Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein pay through Comgate and are not charged VAT. For buyers outside the European Economic Area, or paying with a card issued outside it, the purchase is sold through Link, which calculates the local tax, includes it in the price and may show the price in your currency. The receipt shows the VAT breakdown, or says that no VAT was charged; Link sends its own receipt and invoice. There is no other fee.
- Billing is monthly or yearly, and in advance. Paid by card, it renews automatically at the end of each paid period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. For the yearly plan we e-mail you at least 7 days before it renews.
- Payments are processed by Comgate in the European Economic Area, a licensed payment gateway that also offers your bank's payment button. For buyers outside it, or paying with a card issued outside it, the purchase is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout, with Link as the seller; your bank statement then shows LINK.COM. You pay on the provider's own page and we never see or store your full card number. The whole flow, and the contact details, are in Delivery and payment.
- Cancel any time in the app. Access stays until the end of the period (month or year) you already paid for. A started period is not refunded, except for the statutory right of withdrawal described on Refunds and complaints, which we apply to purchases paid through Comgate. For a purchase through Link, Link's terms apply.
- If a renewal payment fails you keep access for 5 more days while we retry. After that access ends. Nothing is collected as a debt.
How to order
- Log in to GM Manager with your Speediance account.
- Open Premium in the app.
- Choose the plan.
- Pay on the payment page the app names, Comgate's or Link's, by card or, through Comgate, with your bank's payment button.
- The subscription is active on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, and the receipt arrives by e-mail.
What you need
A Speediance account and a browser. GM Manager works on top of the account your machine already uses. Nothing is shipped to you: this is a digital service, delivered by switching the subscription on inside the app.
